ATCO privacy baseline

Avery, Teach and Company, LLC, operating as ATCO, uses public inquiry information to review fit, respond to requests, prevent abuse, and scope research or intelligence work. The request form collects name, company, work email, topic, message, and privacy acknowledgment. Phone and timeline are optional.

How inquiry records are used

ATCO records an inquiry ID, submission time, source page, review status, assigned owner, and limited anti-abuse information. The information is used to review the request and support follow-up. It is not sold through this intake process.

Sensitive material

Do not send classified, export-controlled, proprietary, regulated, personal, or confidential material through an initial public inquiry. If a review requires sensitive handling, ATCO should establish the scope and handling requirements before receiving that material.

Research records

ATCO may maintain source notes, research scope records, and correspondence needed to complete a review. Public samples and summaries should not expose private client material unless separately authorized.

Service providers

ATCO may use service providers for website hosting, inquiry storage, abuse prevention, and notification delivery. Those providers process inquiry information only as needed to operate and protect this intake path. ATCO does not use this form to collect classified, regulated, or confidential material.

Retention and privacy questions

Inquiry records are retained according to the needs of the review, follow-up, security, and applicable business or legal recordkeeping. To ask a privacy question about an inquiry, use the request form, choose Other scoped question, and reference the inquiry ID when one was issued. Do not include sensitive material in the request.
